Submitting an offer or expressing interest does not create a binding contract. All sales are subject to our acceptance and to the terms of the applicable escrow or payment processor. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is in place.
By submitting an offer, you represent that you have the authority to enter into the transaction and that your information is accurate.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, content, and branding are owned by GoatNames.com or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. Domain names listed for sale are the property of their respective owners until transferred.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or outcomes of any transaction. You use the Site at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoatNames.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction conducted through or in connection with it.
7. Changes
